Are you guilty?
Longtime neighborhood residents likely remember when the sluggish
possum families used to drift through the yards at night - that was
before we saw the bold coyotes in the early morning. Now the possums
are rare and the raccoons have become more plentiful and they tend
to make great meals for the coyotes who are becoming even bolder!
Daytime sightings are becoming more common and potentially
dangerous.
Please help keep the raccoon population under control by not
intentionally feeding them. Keep pet food indoors or bring in
remaining meals when your pet has finished eating. We will find out
how who to contact for live trapping service and post the
information here.

$50 REWARD!!! For the
identification of the individual(s) who are purposefully pulling the
Boston Ivy from the retaining wall along Canyon Road. Since the grey
monstrosity was built, neighbors have carefully tended these plants
with the hope that they would cover the wall at least through the
summer months. During the past few weeks, large, well established
limbs have been pulled from the wall.
Please help us nurture these plants and cover the wall with
something that is worth looking at! If you have any information you
may call any of your NAC officers or report the mischief to the
non-emergency number for the Beaverton Police Department.
